We offer landlords a fixed, guaranteed monthly rent for up to five years, eliminating any risk of vacancy periods, lateness with payments or inconsistencies with tenancy turnovers. This is achieved through our Structured Rent-to-Rent (R2R) Agreement, where we take on the lease, manage the property and sublet it to the right people.
